Frequently asked questions

Which course should I start with?

If you are not licensed yet, start with the Abu Dhabi or Dubai broker course, or both for a dual licence. Everything else builds on that base.

Are these designations recognised outside the UAE?

Yes. ABR, SRS and RENE are awarded by the National Association of Realtors (NAR) and recognised internationally, while the broker courses are for UAE licensing with RERA and ADREC.

Do I need experience to enrol?

No. The track is built to take you from new and unlicensed through to advanced designations, so you can join at the stage that fits you.

How are the courses delivered?
