The ADREC broker course is the mandatory training to become a licensed real estate broker in Abu Dhabi. ThinkProp delivers it over 8 hours across two days, in person or virtual, in English or Arabic.
Abu Dhabi's property market is one of the fastest moving in the region, and it is closed to anyone without a licence. The Abu Dhabi Real Estate Broker Licensing Course is the door in, the training ADREC requires before you can be licensed to broker property in the emirate. In two days it gives you the market, the law, the sales cycle and the exam, and it puts an official ThinkProp certificate in your hand that you take straight to your licence application.

Your route to the licence
ThinkProp delivers the coursework and the exam. ADREC issues the licence. This course is the mandatory step, and here is the whole route to being licensed, with nothing hidden.
Eight hours over two days, face to face or virtual, in English or Arabic. A valid Emirates ID is all you need to register.
Sit the online exam, multiple choice and true or false, 45 minutes, and score at least 70 percent. One free retake if needed.
Receive your ThinkProp certificate within 2 to 4 working days of completing the course and passing the exam.
Apply through DARI or TAMM to ADREC for your Abu Dhabi broker licence, valid for one year.
What is included
Good to know: to be licensed you must be at least 25 and, for the official licence, working with a registered real estate company; individual licences are for UAE nationals. A third exam attempt costs AED 500 plus VAT. Ask an advisor to check your eligibility.
