ThinkProp provides real estate certifications and courses in the UAE and is a venture of ADRES (KHDA licence #631657). This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use this website and submit our forms, how we use it, who we share it with, and your rights.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us: when you submit a form (for example to reserve a seat or request a call back) we collect your name, work email, phone number, your role, and your company.

Information collected automatically: your IP address, browser type, the page you submitted from, and marketing attribution parameters (such as UTM tags) that tell us how you found us.

2. How we use your information

• To respond to your enquiry and have an advisor contact you about the course or certification you are interested in.
• To check your eligibility and process a course enrolment.
• To keep records of enquiries and to improve our courses and website.

We do not sell your personal data.

3. Who we share it with

We share your data with service providers who help us operate this website and manage enquiries. They process data on our behalf and may store it outside the UAE:

• Freshworks (Freshsales CRM) — to manage your enquiry and our contact with you. See the Freshworks Privacy Notice.
• Neon — secure database hosting where your submission is stored.
• Vercel — website hosting and delivery.
• Cloudflare Turnstile — protects our forms from spam and abuse (see below).

4. Bot protection (Cloudflare Turnstile)

Our forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which verifies that you are a genuine visitor. Turnstile runs invisibly in the background and may collect information about your device and network to perform this check. Your interaction with Turnstile is governed by Cloudflare's Privacy Policy and the Turnstile Privacy Addendum.

5. Cookies and tracking

We use a minimal set of cookies and similar technologies for site functionality and spam protection (Cloudflare Turnstile), and we read marketing attribution parameters (UTM tags) from the link you arrive through so we know how you found us.

6. Data retention

We keep your enquiry data for as long as needed to respond to you and for our legitimate business records, unless you ask us to delete it.

7. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you. To make a request, contact us at privacy@thinkprop.ae.
