SRS (Seller Representative Specialist) is a designation awarded by REBI, an NAR affiliate, for agents who represent sellers. ThinkProp delivers the 16-hour course face to face in the UAE, covering winning listings, proving your value to a seller and marketing to a professional standard.
In Dubai and Abu Dhabi the listing is the currency of a career, yet most agents spend their day chasing buyers everyone else is chasing too. The agent who wins the seller controls the deal. The SRS puts a REBI designation on how you represent sellers, gives you the language to defend your fee, and shows owners you will market their property to a professional standard.
