In two days it gives you the Dubai market, the legal framework, the systems the Dubai Land Department runs, and the full sales and leasing cycle, and it sends you into the RERA exam confident and prepared. Your route to the licence
ThinkProp delivers the coursework and a practice exam. The Dubai Land Department runs the RERA exam and issues the licence. Passing the RERA exam is the step you cannot skip, and here is the whole route, with nothing hidden.
Eight hours over two days, face to face or virtual, in English or Arabic. A valid Emirates ID is all you need to register.
Sit the RERA exam, a computer-based, multiple-choice test run by the Dubai Land Department, and score at least 75 percent.
Receive your ThinkProp participation certificate within 2 to 4 working days of completing all sessions.
Apply to the Dubai Land Department through the Trakheesi system for your broker licence and practice card.
What is included
Good to know: the official RERA exam is administered and priced separately by the Dubai Land Department, and is not included in the course fee. An advisor can walk you through registering for it.
