RENE (Real Estate Negotiation Expert) is a NAR certification in negotiation, built on the BATNA, WATNA, ZOPA and WAP frameworks. ThinkProp delivers the 16-hour course in the UAE, face to face or live online.
Every real estate deal in the UAE is a negotiation, on price, on commission, on terms, often across several parties at once, yet most agents negotiate on instinct and leave money on the table. The agent who negotiates to a system wins better outcomes and protects the deal. The RENE puts a NAR credential on how you negotiate, and shows clients you will fight for their result.
