In short

ABR (Accredited Buyer's Representative) is a NAR designation awarded through REBAC for agents who represent buyers. ThinkProp delivers the 16-hour course face to face in the UAE, covering buyer consultations, written buyer agreements and closing with confidence.

Much of the UAE market has been led by developers and sellers, and the buyer is often left to fend for themselves. The agent who represents the buyer to a professional standard wins their trust, their referral, and a written agreement that protects the fee. The ABR puts a REBAC designation on how you represent buyers, and shows clients you work for them.
