From training to professional accreditation

Aldar and ThinkProp lead the programme together. Broker accreditation is granted by the Abu Dhabi Real Estate Centre (ADREC). Here is the route from registering your interest to practising.

Field training on real cases, with practitioners beside you, so the knowledge is tested before you rely on it.

When does it start, and where?

Do I need experience in real estate?

No. The journey is built to take you from the beginning through to professional readiness, so you can join with no prior background in the sector.

What do I receive, and does it accredit me?

You receive a ThinkProp certificate of completion. The initiative prepares you to pursue broker accreditation with the Abu Dhabi Real Estate Centre (ADREC), the credential required to practise. An advisor will confirm the remaining requirements for your situation.

Is there any cost?

No. The initiative runs in cooperation with Aldar and there are no fees for participants.
