CRB (Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager) is a designation awarded by REBI for brokerage owners and managers, covering leadership, business planning and recruiting. ThinkProp delivers the 32-hour course in the UAE, face to face or live online.
Running a brokerage in the UAE is a different job from selling in it. The market moves fast, agents are hard to keep, and margins vanish without a plan. Most brokers lead on instinct, hoping the numbers work. The CRB gives you the systems, a business plan, a profitability model, a way to recruit and retain talent, and a NAR-affiliated credential that marks you as a leader, not just a top producer.
