Across 20 years in commercial real estate he has negotiated transactions with CVS Pharmacy, Starbucks, Murphy Oil, Kay Jewelers, Jared, Whole Foods and more. A CCIM Institute instructor since 2008, he was named the Institute's Robert L. Ward Instructor of the Year in 2023 and won the CI-102 Instructor of the Year award in 2022. He has served on the Institute's Board of Directors and as South Carolina CCIM Chapter President, and holds a B.S. in Business from Appalachian State University.
